  Absolutely the worst place to get help with a quick question. You have to make a long dragged out appt to get any help. Must have attorney's that can't work in the real world!!

  Personally, I was able to speak with the receptionist, who was very nice, but it would have been nice to have the attorney actually here what I had to say instead of a readers digest version from the receptionist while I waited in the waiting room. IF they don't want to let the customer actually talk to the attorney themselves, so the attorney can get the story from the person who was actually INVOLVED in the case, then they must not care, totally. Maybe I should have presented myself and my case better.

  It is near impossible to get in contact with anyone at that office. If you better not be in desperate need of help because you are not going to receive that right away.
